Include a current-versus-proposed comparison covering dimensions, material expectations, closure, display orientation and label locations. Identify which values are confirmed and which remain proposals. State whether the product contents change, and attach the current component list so packaging decisions do not silently alter the sellable unit.
Provide the artwork version, relevant physical sample notes and a list of open decisions. Assign responsibility for product wording, instructions, market-specific information and retailer identification. Record exactly which file or sample is approved, who approved it and what remains unresolved.
Define the transition with the supplier contact. Specify the first applicable order or another agreed reference, how existing materials will be handled and whether old and new packs may coexist. Update photographs, product descriptions and warehouse records where the approved change affects them. Keep earlier records available for existing orders.
For a focused discussion with GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd., send one organized handover package and a clear next-action request. Ask for project-specific confirmation of feasibility, sampling, price and timing. An attractive artwork preview alone does not confirm a finished packaging specification or production commitment.
